Mike McMeeken brings extensive experience and unwavering integrity to automotive buy/sell transactions, having facilitated 35 deals involving 60+ rooftops and 17 OEM brands across North America. With nearly a decade spent leading Corporate Development for a mid-sized private dealership group, Mike has personally navigated nearly every challenge a seller can face—from OEM approvals and confidentiality concerns to legacy protection and cultural alignment. Known for his transparent, hands-on approach, Mike builds lasting trust with clients by providing honest guidance, protecting their interests, and ensuring they feel supported and confident through every stage of the process.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in Finance from the Okanagan School of Business in Kelowna, British Columbia. He began his career as an equity research analyst advising institutional investors, and previously worked on drilling rigs in Northern Canada while putting himself through business school—an experience that instilled a tireless work ethic and shaped the grounded, relatable style he brings to every engagement. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Mike was named to Automotive News’ “Top 40 Under 40” list in 2024.

Mike lives in the greater Houston, Texas area with his wife and their two young children. As Director of the South Central Region Mike helps dealership owners achieve successful, high-value exits with clarity, professionalism, and peace of mind—always guided by a commitment to doing right by his clients.
