Steve joined the Tim Lamb Group after a successful 33-year career with Stellantis (Chrysler).  Prior to joining Chrysler, Steve worked 3 years as a Service Advisor at Davis-Moore Oldsmobile Dodge Jeep in Wichita, KS.  Steve has over 20 years of Dealer Network experience in US and International markets.  He has an intimate knowledge of the factory approval process and knows how to properly position a candidate.  Steve is a dealership facility expert and was National Manager of Dealer Facilities from 2012 through 2018.  He rolled out the new Jeep facility design to the U.S. market in 2017.  Most recently Steve served as the Stellantis Dealer Placement Manager for Ohio and Indiana.  Steve has worked with private dealers, public groups and wall street investors.  

Steve received his undergraduate degree in Automotive Service Management from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS.  In 2006 he received an MBA from Oakland University in Rochester, MI.  Steve is trained in financial analysis and understands how to identify the hidden value of a dealership.
