The Tim Lamb Group Facilitates Sale of Woody’s Automotive Group in Chillicothe, Missouri

The Tim Lamb Group is pleased to announce the sale of Woody’s Automotive Group, a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership located in Chillicothe, Missouri. The transaction was facilitated by Steve Corle, Director at the Tim Lamb Group, and officially closed on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
The dealership, formerly owned by Brent and Jill Kline, has been acquired by MAG Auto Group and will now operate as MAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The facility, located at 310 Washington Street, Chillicothe, MO 64601, encompasses 2.5 acres and features more than 11,700 square feet of showroom, service, and parts space.

Kline Automotive was founded in 1947 by Woodrow W. “Woody” Kline as a used car dealership. In 1989, his son, Woodrow “Fritz” Kline, and grandson, Brent Kline, were awarded the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram franchise, establishing Woody’s Automotive Group. For more than 36 years, the dealership has been a trusted regional destination for new and pre-owned vehicles. Brent Kline will continue to operate VanDOit Vans in Blue Springs, Missouri.
The buyers, Michael and Joy Munsterman, are the founders and owners of MAG Auto (Munsterman Automotive Group), a successful independent auto dealership based in Blue Springs, MO. The acquisition of the Chillicothe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram franchise marks MAG Auto’s first new car dealership.
