Tim Lamb Group’s Chris Infantino brokers sale of Clinton Ford and Jackson CDJR in Clinton, Indiana.

Chris Infantino, Director with Tim Lamb Group, brokered the sale of Clinton Ford and Jackson CDJR in Clinton, IN to Jamie Pilson. Mr. Infantino worked closely with the sellers, Mark Jackson and Tyson Sledge, to facilitate a deal with Jamie Pilson of Pilson Auto Group on June 28, 2024. The new dealerships will be renamed Pilson Ford and Pilson CDJR. Mr. Pilson plans to immediately relocate the franchises to a temporary facility next to his Chevrolet-Buick-GMC dealership at 1700 N-163, Clinton, IN 47842.

The purchase increases Pilson Auto Group to five dealerships. Pilson currently owns Pilson CDJR and Pilson Ford-Lincoln in Mattoon, IL, as well as, Pilson Chevrolet-Buick-GMC in Clinton, IN. Pilson also owns a Powersports dealership in Mattoon, IL. Mr. Pilson is excited to own all three domestic franchises in Clinton and looks forward to serving the Greater Terre Haute, IN market. He plans to break ground immediately on a facility renovation for Ford and CDJR next to his General Motors dealership on Highway 163.

Mark Jackson and Tyson Sledge purchased the Ford and CDJR dealerships in Clinton, IN in 2016. The Jackson Family of Dealerships currently owns Jackson Ford in Decatur, IL and Jackson CDJR and Jackson Chevrolet-GMC in Sullivan, IL, as well as, four World of Powersports dealerships in Urbana, IL, Decatur, IL, Springfield, IL and Peoria, IL. Mr. Jackson and Mr. Sledge are looking to expand their dealer group into larger markets in the future.
