Performance Cadillac GMC Marks Braden Automotive Group’s First Cadillac GMC Dealership and 11th Location

Steve Corle, Director for the Tim Lamb Group, has brokered the sale of Performance Automotive Network’s Cadillac GMC Dealership in Carroll, OH to Braden Automotive Group.

The deal went through on Monday, November 4, 2024, providing Braden Automotive Group with their first Cadillac GMC dealership, marking this as their 11th location. Performance Cadillac GMC is now known as Braden Cadillac GMC and is located at 3733 Claypool St NW in Carroll, OH.

Performance Automotive Network purchased the Cadillac GMC dealership in Carroll, Ohio in May 2020. They have completed several upgrades including a showroom update, a business office update, and a 3-acre lot expansion with new asphalt and lighting. The showroom has been fully renovated to an image compliant GM dealership. The dealership features 26,000 square feet and sits on nine acres. The service and parts department includes eleven bays and a state-of-the-art Hunter Alignment machine. The sale of Performance Cadillac GMC allows the Performance Automotive Network to focus on their operations in other markets.

The family-owned Braden Automotive Group started in 2015 in Chillicothe, OH by brothers Ray and Todd Braden. The group has grown to 375 employees across eleven dealership locations in Ohio and Kentucky.
