Blair is a seasoned automotive retail executive. During his 30-year career, he has held many roles starting as a salesperson in North Carolina and eventually becoming a co-owner and partner of his family dealership in Michigan. Most recently he worked for a highly regarded top tier private auto group as general manager and then as regional VP.

Blair is highly skilled in financial analysis and operations and is motivated by his genuine passion for connecting with and taking care of his clients.

His passion and skills, along with his ownership experience, his deep understanding of family business dynamics, and extensive factory and dealer relationships gives him the ability to help clients reach their goals, whether they are looking to sell a store or grow their automotive group.
